is it broken?

ok im at volleyball yesterday wen my mom set the ball to me and i ran back to spike it and fell. once i fell a shocking pain shot thru my arm. i screamed and ran to the bleachers but not crying. i stil played but it popped and hurt even more and i had 2 sit out 4 a wile. 2 day i got up and relized i couldnt move it or move my fingers either it hurtz soooo abd and i think i need x rays. but my parents wolnt take me cuz last month i hurt my arm and complained but it wuz just a sprain!
