The purpose of this survey is to evaluate the interactive website on fossils created by Heather Peacock. The main objective of my project was to create a hands-on lesson on a struggling subect by using the design template of ADDIE. Please indicate your level of agreement with the following statements (1= Strongly Disagree, 2= Disagree, 3= Neutral, 4= Agree, and 5= Strongly Agree)
