2 Responses | Created by raineywalden |

The self-testing quiz will assist you with assessing your understanding of the procedures regarding docketing judgments and case terminations via CM/ECF. It should be taken after you have completed the aforementioned ELM in its entirety.

  1. 1

The event selection is located on the initial docketing screen.

  2. 2

The event to be docketed can only be selected from the event code field.

  3. 3

The event category field is used in conjunction with the event list field.

  4. 4

The list of events is not based on the category selected.

  5. 5

The JS34 termination event may be docketed within the Judgment docketing event.

  6. 6

You must docket related events to the targeted case separately from the related events in applied cases.

  7. 7

To select the panel involved, it is not necessary to highlight the row of the panel you are recording.

  8. 8

The targeted case is never listed in the applied case selection screen.

  9. 9

There is a separate screen for association PDF documents.

  10. 10

Once a docketing event is selected, the CM/ECF program automatically selects the decision of the court and you do not have to select the appropriate decision.
