Is The Recession Smoking You?

I am a middle school student who has become interested in the recession and smoking in the last year. My survey is for people who currently smoke cigarettes, who are trying to quit smoking or recently quit smoking. I am very interested in finding out if the recession has caused people who smoke cigarettes to quit smoking, spend less on cigarettes, more on cigarettes or spend the same amount since the recession. I am interested in finding out the average amount smokers are spending on cigarettes.
