What color should my cousin get her hair streaked?

hey people!
( yeas i do say that a lot :P)
My cousin is looking to get her hair streaked. She's getting it done on Friday and asked me to write this question for her. She is 13, and has a very bubbly personality, but a darker side too. She Is obsessed with Vampires and Musical Theater ( like Broadway). Her hair is basically the length of Alice's from the Twilight movie and the color of Myley Cyrus's. She DOES NOT want to get yellow streaks. She wants a bright color. (she's a lot like me)
