• I don't feel safe on the CTA.
• The CTA is too far from home or work for me to ride regularly.

How would you rank the CTA against the Metra?

• Much better than the Metra. Cheaper and more convenient.
• About the same as the Metra. I could do either depending on the situation.
• I'd much rather ride the Metra if I can. Worth the money.

How does the Chicago CTA rank against other cities?

• Best in the world. Easy.
• New York and London are better. Still, it's pretty good.
• Disappointing, but better than most cities.
• Worse than most cities but I'm glad we have decent mass transit.

• 1. Terrible. I do what I can to avoid riding it.

• 5. Great. Love it. Use it. I would probably date it if it was a man/woman.

What should be done to improve the CTA?

• Give me more trains running more often. Needs to be convenient.
• Make it cheaper. I'd take it more often if I could afford to.
• Run the Purple Express all day and on weekends. It saves me so much time.
• Make it cleaner and safer. I want to feel okay riding at night.
