I NEED HELP!!!!! EMERGENCY!!!

Okay i know there are TONS of surveys like this but i decided to take my chances of having no one take it but i really need to know how much he likes me:
we've only seen eachother like 5-6 times but everytime i see him i blush like crazy and so does he and neither of us can talk. he gets shy and looks down. our moms say that he really likes me but thinks my friend does too and doesnt want to hurt friendship.please help me by answering these questions! hes cute and nice and...smiles sheepishly
