will i think men are the protectors, providers, and partners in life, they are neither above use or below us but i see them as equals. unless they abuse women, children and animals then they are lower than dirt.
I agree with you Nevy. Guys are equal to us unless they do the things that you listed. sometimes guys tend to get into their "role" a little bit too much, you know what I mean? but for the most part, I agree with you completely. great comment to put, very appropriate I think.
For sure. Guys in relationships are equal and bring just as much, unless, as you said, they abuse their partners and that goes for women as well.

I think there a partner in life, provider and protector
me too. they are not above women, but they should be there to protect us, like we should be there to protect them. :)
Ima say the Protector, because I don't want anyone to hurt the woman I'm with (I'm single at the moment tho) and I'm not quite gonna say a doormat cause that's kinda harsh, but I am a MASOCHIST ;D
