The Shannon Matthew's case sent shockwaves around the country. The serious case review cleared those social worker's involved of blame because the children's needs did not meet current thresholds for care or protection. However, some maintain that the family's history should have caused warning bells. How would you have dealt with the case? Take our quiz to find out where you stand on current thresholds.
