I was pretty comfortable asleep.Until a strange tap-tap-tap woke me up.I groaned,half asleep,and rolled over,trying to get comfortable again.The annoying tapping sound struck again.If it was charlie,he could just grab whatever he needed and go.
"Dammit-Eli-Open the damn Window!"
I gasped,satup,recognizing jacob's voice,muffled by a glass divider.I sighed,and sagged back.
"Eli-Get off your lazy but and open the window!"He said,getting angrier.
I growled,and pulled a pillow over my head.
"Did you just growl at me?" He said,a hint of laughter in his voice."No,seriously though,open the window."
I sat up-more alert."Jacob what are you doing here?"I said,rubbing my eyes.
"Well excuse me for worrying about my shorty being lonely at night.But If you want me to leave-"
"No,but-"
"Then Open the window,"He said,urged."And hurry-It looks like it's going to start pouring again.And I would get your carpet wet."
I sighed,annoyed,and headed towards the window.
"Uhh,Eli?Other way,honey."
"Oh."I said,turning around,but I tripped over something,a shoe,maybe.I was quick enough to catch myself so I didn't fall that hard.
"You know,It would help if you opened your eyes."
I was at the window now."Do you want me to open the window or not?"
"Yes."
"Then Stop judging me!"I said,pulling at the window,and stepping back.He landed lightly on his feet.
I yawned,sleepy.
"Oh,I'm sorry for waking you up.You should really keep your windows unlocked,this would be much easier."
"No,That would make you sound like a pedophile,just like edward."
"True.but-Hey,maybe you should lay down,you look like your about to crash any second."He pulled me to the bed,and layed down with me.
"Why-"
"Because you really wanted me to stay,earlier,and I couldn't get you off my mind,shorty."
I groaned,and pulled myself closer.I knew this was bad-Because I was going to leave.I was going to hurt him.
Just the way he'd hurt me.
The memories did not flash back-the empty black whole of my life.
"You tired?"He asked.I nodded.
"Yes.A lot."I said,groggy.He squeezed me tighter."Hmmm.You look really cute in those sweats.In only sweats."I said,my eyes tracing over his features.He rolled his eyes.
"So I asked sam about being on La push,"He smiled.
"And?"
"He said we could."
"You didn't say anything...about...me...and you,Did you?"I asked.
"No.Why?"
"He wouldn't have let us go,"
"Maybe we should tell him,though."
"Remember the crap load he tried to give us?Saying stuff like 'you weren't good for me' or,that you were going to hurt me again."
"That's not true,"He said,soft.
"I know.But Just In Case."I said,turning my head to the side.
"Eli,is their something you need to say?"He asked suddenly.
I gasped.He knew more than What I gave him credit for.
"Yes." I sighed.
"Speak now,"He ordered.
I choked on the words I was going to use."I just...I just don't like that bella wants to use me as a decoy.I guess she would rather lose a sister than a daughter."
"Baby,I promise I won't let anything hurt you. Nothing's going to happen,Okay?I promise,I'll be beside you the entire time.No one will even touch you,okay?"He said,crushing me in his arms.
"Hurting-me,"I gasped.
"Mmm.I'm the only one that can hurt you."I gasped at that.Those words had a double meaning.
"Oh-Sorry-I didn't mean it that way,I swear!"He said,A little loud.

I kissed him quickly-trying to shut him up.But he got a little to into it,and I couldn't pull away.Mostly because his hands where tangled in my hair-pulling me a little to close-to innapropriate.I bit his lip.
"Oh,Shorty..." He murmured,one of his hands tracing down my side.I Bit him harder-and he chuckled.I struggled against him-but again,he got the wrong message.I felt the extra strength crawling in my veins as I got angrier.I pushed his face away-and he kissed my neck."Mmm...Shorty,whats wrong?"
"You,overreacting!"
"What?It's exactly the way I should react."
"Whatever.Just-just forget it.Let me go to sleep,okay?"

"Shutup,"I sayed,cuddling in to his chest,getting comfortable.

"Just stop talking already!"I whispered fiercely.He smiled,and kissed my forehead.I pushed his face away,and he kissed my hand.I rolled my eyes,and searched for sleep.
I woke up,feeling kinda awkward.For one thing,I felt alone.The change in space was obvious.And their was a low murmur-a tv,maybe.Something warm-something my temperature stroked my cheek.I sighed,and rolled to my left.I groaned.My eyes flew open,and jacob was chuckling quietly.He was wearing shorts now-he had gone home.
I moaned,and tried to go back to sleep.
"Wakeup,"He said in a low voice.
"I am awake.But I'm working on not being."I said,rolling over.
"Then lets go,"He said,plopping down on the bed.I looked over towards the clock.It was only eight-thirty in the morning.
"Too early,"I said,pulling him so that he was laying down.
"Its never too early.Your just lazy.Now getup."
"No,"I said,pulling him closer to me-cuddling into his chest.
"If you don't get up-"
"Okay,Jesus!"

"Yes!"He said,rushing me.
"Like now now?"I said,a little terrified.

"Am not!"I said,looking over the edge.It looked far.He placed his hands on my shoulders-and I flinched-terrified he would push me.
"Prove it,"He whispered.I inched closer to the edge.
