Why did you leave?

It started out simple enough,two best friends, happy as two peas in a pod. Then it ends up,one a smoker,and the other wants to be a runaway. I never knew how this would end up,my thought was both of us in coffins buried eight feet under ground.Boy was i wrong.
Christofer and i grew up on the sunny streets of overrated California,meeting each other at age four. He always had so much potential,so much enthusiasm, no one ever thought he would be unsuccessful. He first thought of leaving when his dad left at age nine, but no one ever took him seriously, not even i did. Chris is the runaway if you haven't pieced it together by now.
Chris was totally into baseball, but everyone at first glance thought he was emo because of his black emo hair and spider bites. Every girl had a crush on him, i being no different from the crowd. It was strange how we stayed best friends, no one ever thought we would. We never went out, the idea never even seemed to cross his mind,so i never pushed it. He was the good kid,always was.
I on the other hand, was always the one in trouble, getting bad grades etc etc. My appearance was light blue scene hair with raccoon stripes, double spider bites, and rocker chick style. I got into smoking at age fourteen, and smoking w..d until age sixteen. Now I'm seventeen, and my world is tumbling out of control. .....I blame myself for what happened next.
