In love with the enemy (Chap 5)
You sigh thinking a demon with standards, now you have seen everything.As he waves his sword around as if trying to get you attack him.your begin to realize that he isnt going to attack you, so you put your sword away, reigning in all your emotion determined not to let this one stupid, arrogant demon get the best of you.
You think your in control of your emotions when he rakes his through his dirty blond and it reminds you that trey use to do the same thing when he was thinking. you quickly shake that thought from your head thinking you have to concentrate on finding his weakness. You stare at him calmly not moving or saying anything letting him make a fool of himself as he continues to try to get you to attack him by turning your taunt back on you saying that your the coward and then proceeds to call you the wrong name on purpose and then laughs as if he just told the most amazing joke.
And you say to yourself keep it up demon boy, your going to make a mistake somtime and i'll be here to capitilize on it grining.you continue to keep your eyes on him as he leaps on to the dresser grabbing your dagger out of the wall and then leap down within inches of your face asking you if you tauntingly if you wanted you dagger back knowing full well that your not going to beg for him to give your dagger back.he is so close to you you can feel his icy breath on your face. and you cant help but stare into his hazel eyes that seem to see into your soul and what you really are.
You break eye contact with him shaking your head saying to yourself that i he wants to continue playing these mind games with you, you'll show him that two can play at that game.Then he says the one thing you werent expecting, he says that your pretty, which catches you off guard for a minute causing you to think that it has been a while since anyone has said that to you.you come back to your senses when you realize that this is the oppurtunity you been waiting for when he begin blushing.
So you lower your eyelashes over your soft blue eyes tilting your head ever so slightly.Then you say shyly whispering,Do you Really think so? as he continues to stare at you as if mesmorized by you. so you keep eye contact with him as you move so close to him you that if you Wanted to kiss him you could, but you dont as you quickly grab your dagger from his hand without him seeming to notice, quickly slipping it back into your boot and then punch him gut causing him to fall to his knees in front of you, as you begin grinning to yourself thinking how stupid he must feel right now.
