Chapter 1
Kurt Angle vs. A Mystery Opponent
Well, it's a new Century and we need to start off with a bang for the first PPV Match of 2000. And why not a big debut? The evening began with a 1-on-1 Match between the undefeated Kurt Angle and a Mystery Opponent. And, as we figured, Kurt ran his mouth for a few minutes talking about how he was the star of the show and all that nonsense. And after about 2 and a half minutes of talking, it was finally time for the Mystery Man to arrive. And it was a pretty big one. It turned out, the Olympic Hero was going up against the Human Suplex Machine, Tazz! Kurt and the crowd were stunned and Tazz didn't waste any time. His music had just cut off for about 2 seconds when Tazz went on the Attack! The fighter from Brooklyn layed the fists to Angle then procedded to Irish Whip him across the ropes. Kurt reversed him, and turned it into an Irish Whip of his own, and went for a Leapfrog when Tazz was coming towards him, but Tazz hung on to the ropes and gave the Most Celebrated Athlete in the WWE a Back Body Drop over the top rope. Tazz then proceeded to lay another hit on Angle and brought him to the Main Entrance Way and tried to suplex Kurt, but Angle quickly adjusted and gave Tazz a suplex of his own on the floor. Angle brought Tazz back in the ring, hit some right hands and Irish Whipped Tazz and gave him a big shoulder block and went for the cover, but Tazz kicked out at 1. Kurt brought him back up and smashed his face into the corner and layed some punches and stuck his boot in Tazz's face. Then after arguing with the referee, dragged Tazz out of the turnbuckle and Belly-to-Belly Suplexed him. Then, kurt went up to the Top Rope, but he took a while and Tazz was back up on his feet and he ran against the ropes, causing Kurt Angle to lose his balance and fall on his groin. Tazz then capitalized on it, and went up to the top rope himself and gave the Olympic Hero a Tazzplex from the top. The Human Suplex Machine then went for the cover, but Kurt got his foot on the Bottom Rope just in the nick of time. While Tazz was arguing with the ref, Kurt snuck up behind Tazz and spun him around, gave him a good kick to the gut, and got the Small Package, but Tazz kicked out, but as soon as Tazz got up, Kurt nailed him with a clothesline. Kurt continued the offense and picked Tazz up off of the ground and German Suplexed him with a bridge, but Tazz powered out again. Angle then got up and taunted, but he took too long to gloat, and tried for the Angle Slam, but Tazz countered and gave Angle a Greman Suplex of his own, but the power was so great, Kurt did an entire backflip and landed flat on his face. The second Kurt got up, Tazz was waiting for him and gave him another huge Tazzplex. And the same thing happened again. As soon as Kurt was verticle again, Tazz spun him around, put his left hand under Kurt's left armpit, and Tazz put his right hand in between Angle's legs and suplexed Angle to the side of him, with the only "Real Athlete" landing on his neck. Tazz stayed on top of him, and locked in the deadly Tazzmission for about a minute and 45 seconds, and although Kurt didn't submit, the referee declared Tazz the winner because Kurt Angle was unconsius. Even though the Human Suplex Machine was the victor, Angle was still laying in the middle of the ring knocked out, so the referee called for help. Kurt Angle was taken to the Hospital on a Stretcher. Luckily, Kurt regained consiusnus shortly after the arrival at the Hospital. Nevertheless, Tazz gets the first win of the Century.
