The Haunted Barn

I walked into the old barn and I suddenly stopped because I felt like someone was watching me. I looked behind me and of course no one was there. I took a deep breath and started to walk further. I turned on the lights which thankfully worked. I took a quick look around. There was cobwebs everywhere. This barn was rumored to be hanunted. I did not belive in ghosts but I was dared to go and look around. When I refused my friends just called me a scardey cat. I wish that I hadn't given in. Like I said I dont belive in ghosts but I just could not shake this weird feeling off. I felt like someone was right beside me. A cold breeze drifted past me. I shiverd. I felt a hand touch my sholder. "AHHHHHHHH!" I screamed. I turned around only to find my friends Candy and Summer. "You really did not think we would let you go in this haunted barn alone would you?" Candy asked.
"N-no" I said. I finally managed to catch my breath. "Come on lets look around" Summer said. We started to walk when the power went out. We all screamed but as quickly as the power went out the power came back on. I felt someone bump against me. "Summer,Candy if that's you again..." I said turning around. I saw a figure standing so close to me I could smell their rank breath. I was wondering if someone had dressed up trying to scare me but then the realizition hit me like a hard slap in the face. That figure that was standing beside me was....in fact.........a zombie. There was rotting skin and some blood all over its face. I took one more look and ran with my friends close behind me. Of course the zombie followed us in long slow strides. We ran faster then we have ever ran before. We threw things behind us in order to try to stall the zombie. The zombie was hardly tricked. Luckily we managed to get ahead of the zombie and slam and lock the doors behind us. We ran and ran hearing the zombie trying to get out slamming hard against the door moaning in annoyence and anger. We ran five blocks screaming to my house and ran in locking the door. "Girls girls whatever is the matter" My parents asked. We told them what happend. We figured they would not belive us. But when we finished they took on look at us and said.............
