Vietnamese Coffee

Vietnamese coffee, Ca phe, is made out of specially selected Vietnamese coffee beans.
The traditional way of making coffee, the Vietnamese weather conditions and environment where the coffee beans come from, give the coffee a very nice, strong and authentic flavour.
Unscrew the filter insert and remove it from the pot.
Spoon about two tablespoons of very finely ground Vietnamese coffee into the pot.
Replace the filter insert and screw it down tightly over the coffee grounds.
