Another poem

Her mind empty, thoughts closed
She lays her head on her pillow
Her lips sealed, eyes tight
She whispers a soft goodnight
Only she knows what goes on
When out goes the lights
Her imagination wonders
And her dreams take flight
"Come down" they say "Reality is near"
But she doesn't seem to hear
She off, alone, into the forest
Where she's safe in her comfy fortress
That's filled with protection from the angry truth
Which awakes her at dawn like a quick tune
But for now, she away from Earth
Inside her own dream universe
When her mind is empty, her thoughts closed
And when she lays her head on the pillow
