Should I create a new story I've come up with?

Some people believe in reincarnation, having past lives, though they can't remember them. The same goes for Ashlyn Contessa, but one thing changes, she can remember all of her past lives. Ashlyn has to go through school with these powers. People are scared of her for her eyes, her left is a beautiful dark hazel, but her right, is only half hazel, the other half a bright blue. She dreams of her "love at first sight", Garrett, to accept her for who she is, that is, if he ever notices her.
