i have never read a non fiction book about mythology but our teacher read some to us they sounded pretty interesting to me
Cuz if its non fiction then all it is is facts and not fun and imagination. Nothings interesting if it doesn't have imagination!
Non-fiction books about Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and Celtic mythology are very interesting.
Mythology is an interesting subject, but more or less, it's not exactly the most exciting to read about. In fact, i think i would prefer to read folktales than read about the boring origins of mythology and the gods.
i know i was so interested in it wen my friends were learnin about it in tag(talented and gifted) and i wud ask my guy friend wat he learned sometimes and he wud tell me about it
Cause' it's fact, and fact has no imagination or creativity, which are probably the most important things when reading. It's basically a textbook and textbooks aren't very interesting, even though not many teens read anymore, teens like drama and fantasy not fact. And that is a fact.
I think that Greek\Roman mythology is interesting. Most of my favorite names come from Greek\Roman mythology.
i don't know how, 'cause it's freaking awesome, maybe just because the book is labled 'nonfiction' that it makes it boring. perhaps this is one of the seven wonders of the world....
Oh my! I'm sorry, but none of you have any imagination! You guys need the author to think up of a story for you and put it in the fiction section. Whenever I read a non-fiction book about mythology, folk tales, fairy tales, the supernatural, ect. my mind goes wild! I think of the way these Greeks or Egyptians lived, or the little children being regaled by these stories, and so much more. Reading all this interesting stuff makes me want to think up of my own interesting ideas, and the night
after, I tend to have wild, amazing, fantasical dreams. You all should try it sometimes.
i was making a comment on basic psychology and predetermined expectations based on labels, not asking you to insult me or bore me with the minute of your dreams.
