Do you send people friend requests while knowing that they'll never get back to you because they haven't logged on for over a year?

- Yeah, all the time. There's still a tiny chance that they'll decide to log back on and check their mail!
- I've only done that a couple of times, and I didn't know they hadn't logged on for a while until after I sent the friend request.
- No, what's the point of it if they'll never get back to you?
