Stuck with Felix and Demetri

Chapter 1
Chapter 6: Turned
I woke up the next morning, late. Like at almost 10:00. I rolled to my back and found somebody leaning over me with a worried expression. He had dark brown, cropped hair and red eyes. He was very bulky and muscular. He looked even more muscular than Demetri. I moaned in pain. The guy lifted my limp body and brought me close to him. He wasn’t wearing a shirt, so his whole upper body showed a whole lot of muscle.
I looked up at him solemnly. “Please,” I whispered. “Please help me.” “What happened?” he asked, holding me tighter. “Demetri Volturi bit me on the wrist and now I’m gonna be turned into a vampire.” I replied in a whisper.
“I-I can save you.” he said. “You can?” I asked, hopeful. He nodded. “How?” I asked.
“Well, when did Demetri bite you?” he asked. “Last night.” I replied. “Why?”
“Ok, I might be able to save you. But I won’t be able to suck all the venom out.” he replied. “Since this is the second day the venom is spreading, and usually, if someone wants to keep his or her mate human, he or she would have to suck the venom out on the first day. Otherwise, if you do it on the second day, your mate will end up half-human half-vampire.”
“Wh-What?” I said, frightened.
“Don’t worry. Sometimes being half-vampire half-human is a good thing. You’ll see.” he gave me a reassuring smile. I couldn’t help but smile back. Then he set me gently back down on the grass, and lifted my bitten wrist. “You ready?” he asked. “Is it gonna hurt?” I asked. He gave me a solemn look. I took a deep breath. “Ok, I’ll try not to scream.”
He nodded. Then he lifted my wrist to his mouth and slowly bit into the wound. I tried my hardest not to scream. My breathing became heavier and heavier. I kept my eyes on the muscular guy who was trying to save me.
Then after a few minutes, he lowered my wrist and looked at me. My eyes were closed. My breathing became normal again. My heart, however, had stopped beating. And yet, I was still alive somehow. I felt the muscular guy stroke my forehead. Then he whispered in my ear before I blacked out.
“By the way, my name is Felix.”

When I opened my eyes, it was the next day. The muscular guy from yesterday was sitting next to me, looking out into the sunrise. My heart had started beating again, and I was still breathing, which surprised me. I slowly sat up as quietly as I could. I stared at the muscular guy, and gasped softly. His skin was sparkling! And he was in the sun!
I lightly touched him, and he turned around to face me. “Hey.” he said, smiling. “Hey.” I replied, smiling in return. “So, do I look any different?”
He took a good look at me. “Well,” he began. “You’re not sparkling in the sunlight like I am. Your skin is a bit pale, but not as pale as me. You look just as beautiful as you were yesterday. And your eyes...whistles your eyes are a more lighter violet than they were before. Only this time....” he leaned closer. “....There are a few specks of dark grey in them. I should say you look pretty good...for a half-vampire.” He winked.
I giggled. “Sweet. Soo your name’s Felix, right?”
He nodded.
“Cool. I bet you’re wondering what my name is.” I smiled. He winked as if to say, “You are absolutely right”. I laughed. “Ok, my name’s Violet. I’m 14 years old and I’m a loner.”
He nodded again. “I’m 23 years old, but, since I’m a vampire, I’m really 223 years old-or something like that.”
I nodded. Suddenly, my throat felt dry. I rubbed it. “Uh-oh.” Felix said, staring at me. He knew exactly what I wanted. He stood up, and he held out a hand for me to take. I took it, and he lead me to the field of tall grass. He pointed to a stranded mountain lion, who was as skinny as a stick. I looked from the big cat to Felix. He motioned for me to go feed.
And I did.
