Beware of the Night
ok so this story kinda intersects with the story Beware of the Darkness and if u haven't read that story you need to i know that this story has short chapters but it matches the other one so im going with it hope you enjoy!!!
I brushed the snow off of my shoulder and sneezed. I was probably going to catch yet another cold.
I walked into the warm light of a streetlamp, and froze in my tracks.
I turned and ran for my life, trying to get away, away from what I saw.
But he caught me. He pushed me into a wall and held me there.
"Why are you here?" I asked him. "You said you'd never come back."
"Old habits die hard," he chuckled evilly.
"You said you were a good one!" I tried again, grasping at straws.
"I said that I wouldn't kill you," he whispered, sending shivers down my back. "And I won't."
With that, he licked my neck, something that I'd seen him do many times before.
Then he bit me.
I crumpled, unable to withstand my own weight. "You ... said ... you ... wouldn't ..."
I heard his laugh right before I blacked out.
