JOES POV So, Cassie and Nick have been broken up for about a month now. Nick is still hurting, and I HATE his new girlfriend. She's fake, bossy, angry, bitter, materialistic, and stupid. And that's the nice way of saying it. I can tell Nick can't stand her. He just keeps her around to fill the void of Cassie. Anyway, enough about that crap hole Brooke. I'm currently getting ready to pick up Demi so we can hang out with Cassie and Dylan. And yes, I still hate him. With a passion. He's the dumbest person I've ever met. Not to mention, he's cheating on Cassie, and she lets him! It confuses me, it really does. ~LATER~ "Hey Joe, hey Demi!" Cassie exclaimed wrapping us in a hug. I looked at her neck and I noticed she was wearing the necklace Nick had given her. She must have noticed me staring because she clutched the necklace and said, "I can't seem to get rid of it, or my bracelet." "He would want you to keep them." I reassured her. She gave me a small smile. Then we left to go meet Dylan at the mall. DYLANS POV God, does this girl ever shut up!?! Right now, I'm on a date with some girl named Brooke. She's going on and on about this guy she's cheating on with me. Normally we just sit and make out, but she's really talkative today. I have to hurry and get her to leave before Cassie and them show up to meet me here. Yeah, some people would say I'm a jerk, but it's not like anyone else is going to date Cassie, so I might as well make her feel special. "Um Brooke, I just remembered I have to go shopping for new car tires. Wanna come?" "No, I'll just go home." "Okay" she got up and left. Perfect. Just in time cause here comes Joe Demi and Cassie. CASSIES POV "Hey baby!" Dylan said kissing my face off. I wanted to puke right there. "Hey." I said. ~LATER~ We were ready to leave the mall when Demi said, "Oh, next week we're going to paint some rooms in my new appartment. You guys wanna come and help?" "Yeah, sounds like fun." I smiled. "Great see ya next week." She smiled.
JOES POV LATER So it's nine o clock and being the nice brother I am I went to check on Nick in his room. "Hey, how ya doing buddy?" I asked. "Pretty good." he sighed setting his guitar down. "How's Brooke?" I questioned. "Good..I think." he stated. Then I got an awesome idea. "Hey, since I don't really know Brooke that well, and she's never met Demi. Why don't you come over to her appartment next week and help paint." "Yeah, that actually sounds like fun." he smiled. "Okay, next week it is." I said leaving the room. I am so smart. I texted Demi. 'Hey, I got you two helpers for painting' she texted back : 'Really? Who?' 'Nick and Brooke' 'WHAT!?! Are you serious?' I was seriously confused. Her and I could use all the help we could get. 'Yeah? Why?' 'Dude, we invited Cassie and Dylan!! Remember?' Crap. 'Well, I'm sure everything will be fine' 'I hope so.'
