The death of the old man

I was coming home from school when I suddernly heard a loud squeel. It seemed to come from my neibours house so I went to knock on the door to see if Mr. Maccaroom was ok. Mr. Maccaroom was an old kind man and he often gets a jump so I went to cheek. I knocked on the door but before there was anytime to reply, it swung open and a trail of blood led upstairs to his room. I tried to be brave and I walked up the stairs slowly. Suddernly something zoomed past my face. It was black. That was all I saw. I froze for a moment then I heard something....
