you know when you are
over the hills and far away?

you know that when
you are gone so long it brings dismay...

you should know when
your love is bringing light to my eyes

and you should know that when
you cry I feel like I'm responsible for the lies

I'm okay when you are alright
as long as it is kept that way...

I'm okay when you're happy and bright
without that there's no light for my day
