A Broken Heart
I was heart broken after my boyfriend (as of three years) dumped me and started dating my -so called- best friend a couple days later so I wrote this and it helped me get over him. The poem is written in Iambic Pentameter.
There he goes walking away just the same
He always left me, I never left him
My chest is aking, he hurt me again
I don't think I can take it anymore
He hurt me once, now he does it again
I want, but I don't want, to have him back
I though he actually cared about me
In the end, he just cared bout someone else
Thought I trusted him, thought I cared bout him
But all he really is is a jack a**
He hurt me more then once what can I do?
Right now, there is nothing I can do
Right now there is nutn' I want to do
I want to crawl in a hole and cry
Or maybe, just maybe, possibly die
I can't die, I won't die, they'll miss me lots
I will not die but only for my friends
My heart is broke, my soul is torn...help me
All I know is that I need to find help.
