how do you babysit your younger siblings or cousins?

i sit them in the living room and lay down the which is basically "sit down, dont break anything, don't get too loud, and don't bother my unless there is a) a nuclear crises b) one of you did something stupid and are bleeding to death, c) broke one of your limbs and need to be rushed to the hospital, or d) all three.
then my youngest cousin follows me on the way to my room so i go sit with them and try to keep them from destroying the house like i am now
