Lunar Eclipse

I woke up with a jerk. My alarm clock scared the crap out of me. I laid down on my bed with my eyes closed. Then my dad turned on the light and said,"Lauren, first day of school." "groans I don't want too." "Get up Lauren. I'm not going to put up with this" "Dad, I don't want to!" "Get up" He said in his teeth. "Fine." I got out of my bed and pushed my father out of the way. He didn't mind at all because I live with him everyday. His name is Joseph. Or known as Chief Smith. Which he never comes home at five or six, always seven and eight. Ugh. I got into the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror. My wild hair, my blood shot eyes, and my whitish skin I didn't even go out in the sun this summer. I hated going outside, which Joe tries to get me out, but I never go. I stripped my pj's off, and turned on the shower. The hot water felt good on my cold body.It warmed me up and it unloosen my knots in my body. I wanted to smell like cherries at school today. Once I was done, I wrapped the warm towel around my warm body and went back to my room. I grabbed a pair of ripped jeans and a tang top. I put on a light blue shirt, and my Spider Man converse. I brushed my wet drippy hair and let it down. "Lauren! I'm leaving!" "K dad! See ya! Love ya!" "I do too!" Then he slammed the door. I grabbed all my stuff and ran down the stairs. I went into the pantry and I grabbed a Pop Tart, and ran for my keys. I locked the door and ran to my shiny light blue volvo. I started the car and drove off. Once at school, I found the office and I walk in. "Hello, you must be Lauren Smith." "Yes." Her name tag said MISS.COPE on it. "Here you go sweetheart." She said. She handed me the classes I would be tacking and the best route to them, and the schedule. "Thanks." "No problem sweetie." I walk out of the office into the huge hallway. I looked at the first route, I had government with Mr.Garcia. "Hello." I turned around to see a girl with crimson eyes and about my height and spiky hair. "Hello." "My name is Alice Cullen" She held out her hand, and I shook it. It was cold"Hello, my name is Lauren Smith." "Aren't you the new girl?" "Yes." "Cool, let me see your schedule." I gave her my schedule. "Hmmm, we have the same classes, but gym, writing, and music." "Cool." I said. I knew that she would be my first friend because she was really nice. I really wanted her to be mine, but I wonder why she is so cold. "Hey Alice!" A male's voice yelled out. "Oh, hey Brain." I looked at the boy named Brain. He was tall, maybe around 5' 6'' the same eye color, and dark, I mean REALLY dark brown hair. "This is Lauren." "Hey." "Hey." I said weakly. "Well, I'm off to writing." He said. "We were just off to government." "Cool, see ya at lunch." "Ok." She said.

At lunch I was sitting with Alice. "Hey guys." She said. "Hey." Brain said. "This is Lauren." She said as we were sitting down. "Hello Lauren." "Hello." "Lauren these are my brothers and sisters. Edward." She pointed to a man with crimson eyes and bronze hazel hair. "Bella." She pointed to the girl sitting right next to him. Crimson eyes and long brown hair. "Emmet" A boy next to Bella, a VERY muscslur man. "Rosalie" A blondie next to Emmet. "Jasper." A man with VERY curly light brown hair. "And you've met Brain." "Yup." I only had an apple and slice of pizza, and water. "You've should have seen her in government! She dazzled Mr.Garcia! Every class we have been in, she has dazzled the teachers! It's like they know you and they know how you do it!" I just blushed. "Oh come on Alice, I really didn't try that hard." "It looked like it!"

There was one volvo right next to mine. Alice and I were walking out when we got to the cars. "I guess the blue one is yours?" She asked. "Yup. And that one is yours." "Yes." "Cool." I got into my car and drove off, waving to Alice. I thought I wouldn't get threw the day with out thinking about Brain. I never even knew that there was going to be a 'god like' person at our school. Once I got home, I started to make dinner, which would get cold once Joe got home. But after it was done, I ate mine, and sat at the table eating my food. After that was done, I went right up stairs and started to do my homework. I hated homework. I wish it wasn't even invented. At 12:01, I finally went to sleep. That night, I dreamed of Brain.
