Imprinted By Seth Clearwater

I ran into my room, and screamed "Hell Yeah.Schools out" to no-one in particular.

The end of the school year isnt really exciting, espically if you live in a major place like me (New York) and you already know your way around the big city. But not this year,because my mother promised me she would let me go to my uncle's house in LaPush, a small town in the North-West of the country.My uncle's name is Billy Black, and has one son,Jacob and two daughters Rebecca and Rachel. unfortunetly my aunt-his wife- died in a car crash, so Billy is wife-less and in a wheelchair because of the accident.Anyway, Im so excited because i haven't seen them in two and a half years and Im going for the whole summer.

Buzz....Buzz

My mobile phone vibrated in my jeans pocket, taking me out of my thoughts.

Clara:
Heyaa!Cant believe your LEAVING me for the whole summer! :( you better ring me everyday and get me a good hottie for me k.? :) x

I smiled to myself.Oh Clara, what sort of trouble will she get herself into now that im leaving.

Sammy:

Sorry Clarz, im keeping them all for me.! >:) Except Jacob... your sister can have him.x

Let me introduce myself,Im Samantha Halona Black.Halona is a pretty weird middle name, but my dad is from an ancient tribe in LaPush, and he decided to give me a name of one of the tribes leader's wife's name, from long ago of course.Im sixteen years old, i have raven black hair and icy blue eyes.

Memories ran through my head of all the times Clara and I tried to set up Jacob and Clara's sister.

Soon I got 2 more texts, from Clara and Jacob.Well you know what they say: speak of the devil and the devil shall appear.

Clara:Alright Hun,no need to rub it in my face. I wish i was going with you, lucky sucker :P haha. well ring me when you get there, i know you need to do all your packing :) x

Jacob:
Hey Sammy-bear :) Cant wait for you to come here and take over my house for the summer :/ :) only buzzing :) have loads to tell you :) and one of those things ill tell you right now... i have a girlfriend so stop trying to set me up with your friends sister. :P

Sam:
Im going to strangle you if you call me Sammy-bear >:( :) Ruining your life is what i do best :). Aww,i had an absolutetly awesome plan that i was sure was going to work to get you and Clara's sister together... Oh Well! :)

Once i sent that i went over to my bedside locker and started putting all the necessities from the cream painted box into one of my zebra printed suitcases.

Very soon i got a text, and i was suprised, Jacob cant text that fast,can he?

Nope, he's still as slow as ever, it was his friend from LaPush, Seth.Seth was such a cutie when he was younger, but honestly he is just friend. He is so funny its unreal,and he never treated girls the way nowaday boys do, perfect boyfriend material- if you're interested in him of course.

Seth:
Hey Sammy,Woah!Its been about three years and now you decide you wanted to visit me? Sorry, but i dont want you here! :P nah, im not being serious, im coming to the airport with jake and im going to give you something extra special :)

Sam:
Who said i wanted to visit you? :P hehe, no i do but i dont want your suprise... for some reason i have a feeling its going to embarrass us both :/ . :)

I got my laptop and put the charger into it to be fully charged for the long plane ride to Seattle,and the car ride to LaPush.I left the room to get my toiletries out of the bathroom and put them into the same zebra-print bag as before.I checked my phone for new messages and realised Jake and Seth text back.

Jacob:
Yup well, you can tell that to my girlfriend when you see her.Im sure she will be delighted to hear your plan :L Oh and Seth told me his special suprise, its stupid but i promise it wont embarrass you.he wouldn't be allowed bring it otherwise, he has to stand beside me while waiting for you.

Sam:
Oh Thank God! :) Am, No its ok, keep that detail about my plan to yourself :) dont tell your girlfriend :L Well I got to pack. Nighty night :)


Seth:
Dont be mean! :P Well, i told Jake my suprise, he better not have told you! :(

Sam:
He didnt, he just told me it wouldn't embarrass me! Well i guess i can live with that.Got to pack talk to you tomorrow! :)

I threw my phone after i sent the last message.I sighed as i took in the hit-by-a-hurricane look that my room was in.I walked to my wardrobe and took all the clothes off the railing, and flung them into the biggest suitcase, hanger and all.

After about an hour and a half, the only things that were not in my suitcase were my mascara, my hairbrush and my mobile phone, which were going into my carry on bag for the plane.I yawned, just realising how tired i actually was, climbed into bed and as soon as my head hit the pillow i fell asleep.

Something shook my shoulder, and i heard a noise too.

The same thing happened again, but this time i heard someones faint voice call my name.

"Sam.Wake up.Time to go honey" My mom called.

"Five more minutes" i mumbled, turning over so i was faced my pillow.

Someone chuckled and then i heard my mom say "Sam,you can sleep on the plane. you need to get to the airport if you want to go to-"

My mom was cut off by me jumping out of the bed after it dawned on me that i was going to the airport today.

My mom and dad left the room while i got dressed and ready for the airport.I looked around the almost empty room, checking to make sure i hadent forgotten anything and called for my dad's help to bring down a the two heavyest bags.

I skipped down the stairs, and went into the kitchen to eat breakfast. I poured a bowl of special K and starded to skarf it down because i really wanted to go.

"Heres for the summer, thers $200 already on it and there will be $25 added every week if you take care of Billy,Jake and their house Ok?" My dad said handing me a blue card with numbers and my name on it.
"Its a debit card, before you think its a credit card, and try to spend more than you can afford on it" my dad chuckled.

"Thanks so much guys, you're just so awesome"i said enveloping them in a big hug.

~at the airport~

I kissed my parents on the cheek and rushed to where my airplane was stationed with an airport helper, helping me with one of my bags.

When I got onto the plane, i took out my i-pod and hit the 'Shuffle Songs' button, Airplanes by Haley Williams came on, and after a minute i fell asleep.

I woke up after what felt like two minutes with my headphones on the pull out table thing in front of me and my i-pod turned off.I shrugged, guessing an air-flight attendant must have done it for me.

"Could all passengers please take their seats, fasten their seatbelts, turn off any electrical equiptment and fasten the tables in front of you securely, while we prepare for landing."A voice on the intercom spoke.

After about two minutes of people rustling to do what their told, te plane started to tilt downwards until eventually,the plane thumped off of the landing area of Seattle airport.

"Jake?Jake!"I shouted in delight as i saw a familiar head of raven hair turn to reveal Jacobs face.He smiled when he saw me, and then laughed when he saw me trying to handle all the bags at once.He turned back for a split second before another familiar face appeared. Seth Clearwater. Woah, when did that boy turn HAWT?? I looked to his hands and saw a banner that said 'No suprises for you, sorry sammy-bear" decorated with smilie faces.I looked up at his face and realised... he's staring at me. Omg, what is on my face.I put my hand up to my cheek and rubbed.Jake elbowed him in the stomach, then he blinked and looked down at the floor,Ouch, do i really look that wrong or something?

"Welcome to my side of the country!Ready fot me to make your life a living hell?" Jake grinned evily and i giggled

"Well, this is deffo the dark side."I replied "Now slaves,get my bags and we'll be off" i said grabbing one bag while i slung the carry on bag on my shoulder.

"Haven't changed a bit"Seth chuckled.I looked up at him and he smiled.Boy has this kid weird mood swings.

"Sleep much on the plane?" Jake asked, which kinda made me think he was trying to change the conversation.

I yawned while the 2 of them laughed "No I did,just Im still tired."I mumbled. By then we had reached Jakes new car, well, new to him.

I got into the back, with the smallest suitcase because it wouldnt fit into the boot,and fell asleep very soon.

A bump in the road woke me up but i pretended to be asleep as i heard an angry voice.

"For the love of all things good Seth!It had to be my cousin didnt it kid?Shes not even here a day!" Jake hissed.

"Dude, its not my fault!I cant controll it"Seth whisper-yelled back "Its not like you wanted to be with Nessie"

"Alright fine!But what are we going to do about it, i mean shes here 3 months, thats it!"Jake siad voice getting softer at the end. "I cant imagine Nessie leaving now, even though its been about a year and a half, it will be awful, you know"

"Good to know,Thanks" Seth replied bitterly. All was quiet until i decided to 'wake-up'

"mmmmm" i groaned as i sat up "mornin" i said streching

"afternoon,you lazy but.. we're nearly there" Jake said cherrily.

"whatever" i mumbled as i leaned forward,resting my elbows on Jakes and Seths seats and saw a familiar town pass by.

As soon as we got home Seth ran off into the forest, to get home he said.Jake helped me bring my bags in as i stumbled into thehouse that always smelled of pine wood and cinnamon."Jake?Sam?That you?"I heard uncle Billy call as i dropped the bags i held and ran to the sound of the voice.

I reached Billy in the sitting room, and gave him the biggest hug i could, for those almost three years of missing out on hugs.

"Good to see you kid" Billy smiled and i replied "You too" as Jake came through the sitting room door.

"Sam, do you need to... sleep or do some packing or something?"Jake said trying to put get out polietly.

"You know, you can be blunt about it if you want Jacob"I said flicking his big arms and ran out of the room.I ran into the room i would call mine for the next three months and saw Jake had put my suitcases into it.I unpacked it,relieved i had put in the hangers as well because Billy didnt have any.Once I was finished, i quietly left the room to ask Billy could i use the shower.

"...And now he's imprinted with her and she's going to be gone and all of our sorry @$$es will hear of it until she comes back next summer"Jacob said angryily.

I heard a sigh, which a presume came from Billy and heard him say "Jacob,dont get angry at him, its not his fault... or hers" he added

"I know but, the kid wont know what it'll feel like until shes gone"he said sadily and then i decided id make my presence known,by plastering on a smile i skidded into the sitting room.

"Hey Billy... Could I take a shower?"I asked

"Suree thing!Towels in the wooden basket on your left just inside the door of the bathroom" he smiled as i walked down the halway and heard a faint "Do you think she heard what we said?"

"Nah, she came in smiling.Her dad was no good at expressing an emotion he didnt feel..i dont think she can either"Billy chuckled and i smiled, as i realised i got my 'talent' from my mother.

After taking a shower,there was a knock on my bedroom door.
"Hey, im taking you down to the beach for a bonfire party.Oh and dont forget a jumper or something.It will be breezy" I heard Jakes voice say.

"Sure thing" i called back, as i threw on a pair of black skinny jeans, a grey top with sequens along the bust and grey uggs. I got out my red Ed Hardy hoodie with a dragon on the back and coated my lashes with a small amount of mascara.

We walked to the beach,since it wasnt that far away. Soon i could see the black smoke drifting into the sky,coming from the beach.I arrived and saw many faces i didnt recognise but four i did. Seth and Leah, Quil and Embry.

Before i could blink i was tackled to the ground by 2 massive figures. "Quil!Embry!" i playfully slapped the tops of their heads as i realised that i was on the ground and the wet sand was seeping through my clothes.they laughed and got up really quickly and helped me up.I saw Leah and instead of smiling at me like she usually did, she just stared.Awkard much??That family has serious problems with staring.But anyway Jacob guided me around the group and the last person i met was a big guy called Sam "Hey my names Sam too.Up top"i said as i put my hand in the air while he hesitated before cracking a smile and slapping my hand with his.

"Nice to meet you" he said polietly.

In all, there was 15 of us. one was a toddler though, Quils baby-sitting duty Claire.

I talked to Kim and Nessie,while getting a lot of food ready for the bonfire.Kim was pretty but Nessie was for sure the prettiest out of the whole lot of us.There was just something special about her, hard to describe but its true.

After the food was prepared Kim, Nessie and I walked along the beach to talk

"Soo, what do you think about Seth?"Kim asked,she was my favourite girlfriend here.

"Same as always, funny, nice, a bit of a goofball but when did that boy get to be such a hottie?" i said looking at Seth while he talked to Sam, "I mean he got muscles too"i whistled while the other two laughed.By then, we had turned around and started walking back.

"Maybe he'll ask you out" Kim whinked and nudged me "I have a hunch"

I laughed. " Look at him,he can get any girl he wants out there!Besides we've been friends for as long as i can remeber!"i sighed, realising right there that i liked him, maybe more than a friend.

"Yeah,but i have a feeling he wants just you.I too, have a hunch"Nessie said as she smiled at me.

"Mhmm, when pigs fly"i rolled my eyes and stopped walking

"Guys,Im just going to ring my mom,she told me to ring her when i landed"i lied,keeping a straight.

"Sure,just dont go too far out of sight.Hard to get back because all the rocks look the same"Kim called back i i walked away,taking my phone out of my pocket.I called my dads number as i replayed what i heard Billy and Jacob talking about today.

"Hey Sam!Home sick already?" my dad joked but i could hear the'please no' tone in his voice.

"Dad,whats imprinting?"
