What do you think of TEs who only let upgraded members cash out and free members use their cash for upgrades and cheap credits?

• Seems logical - the upgraded members are the ones supporting the TE financially so they should benefit more
• Good idea - and gives free members access to cheaper upgrades and credits
• Good business sense - people should be here to advertise anyway, thats the point of a TE
• It takes so long to cash out anyway - it would be better used for on site purchases earlier
• I can see the benefits from a business point of view but not hot on the idea
