The Hourglass

Scarlett Alcott is a 14 year old girl with a very normal life. She goes to high school, lives with her parents and older brothers and has many friends. Her family is farely wealthy because of her parents job. Her mother is ascientists and her father is a brain surgeon. Little did she know that her panrets were working secretly on a top secret project that only a few other people knew of. A machine that will transport people to the future. When Scarlett stumbles upon this, she finds herself in the year 3019. The world has grealy changed since then. People are able to go into space and walk on the planets we have now and more. But it isn't all that great as it looks. Scarlett, when she went forward in time, caused a strange bump in the space time continium. She has to get back before their whole world is swallowed up by time.
