What to do next?

The rain pours as i run...my foot steps sound like thunder hitting the ground..my heart is pounding...the darkness of the night approachs, i can hear someone...or something running at me i flee for my life...i have tripped over something,i hit the floor bleeding...limping...crying...i know its coming i can feel the earth rumble as it comes all the closer....it all goes black...."ughhhhh...where am i"?...."where is this"?.. "what is this"?
