I breathed out and walked into the cafeteria. Today was no different then any other day, but I felt something was gonna happen.My heart started beating faster and my pulse raced. "Calm down!" I told my self. I went through the lunch line grabbing a coke and a fruit salad. i sat alone at my regular table and at in silence. "excuse me? May I sit here?" a voice whispered. I glanced up and looked into the eyes of an angel. He was beautiful. Pale with caramel eyes that had black line underneath like he hasn't got a lot of sleep. His features were sharp and His blond curly hair blew as some one opened the door.I blinked. no one talked to me, except the teachers. "uh...sure" I muttered. He nodded and sat down.It a cured to me that he didn't have any food. Then I realize he was Jasper Hale! One of the Cullen's who never associate with anyone but them selves. "er...not hungry?" I asked."yeah..." he laughed. "why aren't you sitting with you family?" I asked. "do you want me too? you just looked lonely..." he muttered. "oh no! I'm glad you sat by me...you're right about the loneliness." I smiled. We got up and walked to English which we had together. We sat next to each other. I grinned as Mr.Warner read Romeo and Juliette and Jasper said every line of Romeo's. After he left and I walked to my last class, gym. I did ok. I walked toward my old black truck.I climbed inside and drove home. only my baby sister was home. I walked into her bed room. I picked her up and cradled her in my arms. "shh my dear shh little Charlotte." she closed her eyes and was soon snoring. I tucked her back in. I went to my bed room and finished my homework. My mom got home and started dinner as I was watching T.V. nothing was on so I just flipped threw the channels. My phone rang. "Hello?" i answered."uh hello..It's Jasper.i was just calling to um..ask if you got the English homework done.". i was completely surprised. "uh yeah...excuse me but how did you get my number?" i asked. I heard a small click. He hung up on me! My father walked in at that moment and squished my in a bear hug."Hi dad" I laughed. "hey..what not playing for us? hows exams going sport? excited for summer?" I grinned"No Charlotte is sleeping and exams are almost done. I'm so excited 2 more weeks!!". He nodded then kissed my mothers forehead. I walked over to my grand piano, a gift form my aunt in Florida. I slowly pressed the keys then started playing a soft sad melody. The rest of the week went by uneventfully. Jasper stayed as far away from me as he could, but I didn't mind. I woke up Saturday morning alone.My parents at work and Charlotte at my grandparents. I did my chores and eat breakfast. I sat at my piano and played.A few hours later i heard a small knock at my door. I got up and opened the door. To my surprise, standing there was Jasper.
