The Truth
Soo this is a random poem that kind of just got stuck in my head, so i decided to write it down. Hope you guys like it, and PLEASE comment with... uhh, comments. Thanks, guys, I really appreciate it!

I have pretended for so long,
the truth is hard to swallow.
But I can't keep lying to myself.
I've finally learned to love,
they say it's written on my face,
the truth of how i feel about you.
But I can't let you know,
I'll never let it show.
To you I'm just another girl.
I'll just sit in the shadows,
and keep my hopes up.
That one day you'll realize the truth.
And if you ever read this,
you won't know it's for you.
You go on with your life,
unaware of the heart that you're breaking.
I'll smile, I'll laugh,
you'll believe in my disguise.
You never see the sadness
hidden in my eyes.
