Cygnus X-1

It is the year 2112, and I have been chosen to sail to the black hole in the constellation of Cygnus, approprately named Cygnus X-1. They want me to finally put to the test whether the wormhole theory was correct. "T-minus ten seconds..." I hear from mission control. I am in my trusty ship, the Rocinante. Am I headed for the adventure of a life time, or a horrible death? 'Through the void to be destroyed, or is there something more?' "9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, lift-off!" The ship shoots up to the sky, and I wait to reach my final destination, my deathly goal... I set a course east of Lyra and northwest of Pegasus. Into the light of Deneb and through the Milky Way, headed for the heart of Cygnus, ready to find what awaits. The black hole draws nearer and nearer, and I know there is no escaping now, as the infinate black takes over. It sends me spinning, whirling through the spiral sea of unending darkness. I feel a sharp pain taking over my body as it is ripped, limb from limb, nerve from nerve, atom from atom, and I am sucked into the unending darkness...
