"Janebelle I love you" said Dillan. "Open those beautiful gray eyes" he said. Janebelle felt drowsy.
"Janebelle, wake up!, wake up". Shouted Mr. Shoey a short,plump,pale faced man. "Since you have time to sleep, you know all of this. What is What is the DNA structure of a brontosaurus".
Silenced filled the room. Janebelle looked down and said nothing. "Thats what I thought, Montajo. Detention today. 3:25 pm sharp my office."
Ring!! Went the school bell at 11:25 am. " Well, Jane, it wasn't all that bad" said Mirany Vegas, Janebelle's best friend. "Everyone falls asleep during his class, its boring. Besides were gonna eat, you are gonna get a stomachache if you get worried."
Janebelle went straight to the pizza line to get the usual. "What would you like" said the cranky old Ms.Moriney. Janebelle looked around the choices."I will have..... no never mind" said Jane. She looked at the choices again and finally said."I will have, the pepperoni with extra cheese pizza". Ms.Moriney shoved the pizza into Jane's tray, looking mean. As usual.
As Jane made her way to her table some one shouted "Day dreamer" at her. Soon everyone was calling her a day dreamer. "What happened." Naralee one of the most popular girls in school shouted at her. Janebelle had it. She didn't like people teasing her. She clenched her fists and made her way towards Naralee. Everyone around Naralee left.
Janebelle looked at everyone around her. Then all of a sudden. Bam!! Janebelle's fist was in Naralee's face and blood dripped from her knuckles. Naralee got mad and stroke back. Soon everyone in the cafeteria surrounded Naralee and Janebelle. "FIGHT,FIGHT,FIGHT,FIGHT!! Everyone shouted.
Naralee and Jane were everywhere. Pulling hair, throwing punches and slapping each other. Then all of a sudden. Janebelle threw her last punch and that was it. Naralee laid on the floor. Bleeding and unconscious.
"Everyone move" shouted a short lady. Automatically everyone sat down. Ms.Alyah entered the cafeteria. "Jane detention today 4:00 pm. Main office." Now she really did it. Two detentions in one day. Almost at the same time. How was she going to get to both of them?
Trouble filled Janebelle the rest of the day. When the last bell of the day rang, Jane rushed out of the classroom. She ran to her locker and once she was getting ready to close it. It closed by itself. And behind it was Dillan. "Baby" she said surprised. "I cant believe you are here. Isn't Naralee your cousin?. Jane asked feeling awkward. "Well. She is but I don't really talk to her much" replied Dillan. Jane new she had to get to detention. But she tried really hard to forget.
Now it was time to face detention. Jane had gone up 3 floors, and was standing infront of Mr.Shoey's office. She was going to open the door when she was startled by Mr.Schoey. " Well well well. Skipping detention" he said trying to make Jane feel guilty. Jane stood quiet. She knew if she said something, he would make her stay in detention longer. She sat down quickly and began writing. -I should never fall asleep during class again- she wrote all over her paper. Minute by minute passed. But nothing no sign of anything. Desperately, she waited for Mr.Schoey to say"Jane you may stop". But the words never came out off his mouth. Until 5 minutes before 4:00 pm.
"Bye Mr.Shoey, said Jane. She was running up the stairs. Running as fast as she could. Then,BOOM. Naralee slammed into Jane."Lil miss you, you dont want a beat down do you?" said Jane, sounding annoyed.
