well...it depends cuz if she ran away from ur house on purpose then probably not cuz if cats get bored of a place or are mistreated they runaway and dont come bak but, if she ran away and got lost she'll miss u and will figure out her way bak by smell or sum1 will bring her bak 2 u if u put posters and stuff up.
