Drama
okay, so i've lately been having lotsa drama and issues with my family-esp. my parents. so from now on, every time something happens, i'm gonna write about it in here.
okay, so my school is doing this astronomy night thing on june 3, where people from boeing are coming to teach us about the stars. afterwards, the school's doing a lock in, which is when we basically stay in the school all night long.
so, i asked my parents if i can go. they asked what it was, and they were totally fine with it...until i said boys were going too. my dad saw no problem, but my sister, stepmom, and brother all freaked out when i said that. so, naturally, even though i'll probably never have another oppurtunity like this, my dad sided with them, so i can't go.
is it just me, or does it seem like my family's being way too overprotective of me?

actually, we're sleeping on opposite sides of the big gym...only room in the school big enough for 150 students...about only 20 of which are boys, according to the school.

only 20 boys vs. 130 girls. at school. with teachers. and the principle. and parent chaperones. and the boeing people. for god's sake, what do they think we're gonna do?!
