Second, ask someone you may know that's a vegetarian what they did to be commited to being a vegetarian. Third, try to give up meat for a few days or a full week. See if you can cope, and try tofu! Your body needs protein so tofu is an excellent substitute for meat. Good luck :)

Really though, animals are only treated cruelly in a slaughter house for processed foods. If you buy unprocessed meats, you're eating an animal that was treated kindly and felt no pain at all.
