Longing hearts
I mean every word, wrote this recently and has been in my mind.
I just want love
The real and true love
S*x is just a part, not the whole deal
Boy or girl, dosen't matter, just want me and only me
Be honest and open your heart, I'll do the same
Everyone has two faces, two sides but one is fake
Whether it's to hide what they fear isn't wanted or needed
For me, whether face to face or even online
I seem so happy, sweet, and silly random
But the real me is often depressed and queit
Been hurt so many times that a whole box of band aids couldn't heal or hide my wounds...
Those scars stay and follow through the heart
I have two fears, one not finding that special someone
And two, being hit by a blast of pain again with my heart shattered on the ground.
I want romance with my heart beating like drums
And my stomach full of butterflies..
Everyone deserves a chance of happiness, if not then how can we smile or continue getting up every morning?...
"I love you", how i would love to hear those words from someone true
I may cry of joy, laugh in shock, even fall on my knees feeling so weak, been waiting forever.
I'm in the dark, need light, my heart is screaming loud saying "Hey look! I be that one if you be mine".
Don't be so quick to judge or walk away, I'm looking at you and when you want love then face me with no fears or doubts, I just want love like all longing hearts.
