I watched them exchange playful hit and the looks to random snuggling to leaving me in the living room while they head off to his bedroom and I have seen her fall for him and him not wanting to commit to her and her hurt and then be used by her emotions and him manipulate them. Some do go bad, but not all.
With mine, I understand where we stand in it. He's not looking for anything serious right now, and I know that well.
As it stand it's all about the benefits of it. There's no pressure, manipulation or anything like that, it's just casual.

Yeah theres was casual and I had thought this one might go good for them we was telling me how much he cares about her and he just didn't know how she felt and as soon as she says she loves him he runs and now it makes me sick to see how he treats her....

FWB can go either way. I know some that fell apart, but I surprisingly know of more that worked out.,
