Girl with matches (a horor story :DD)

"Once upon a time, in the Pine forest, existed a beautiful house alike a villa. In it lived a mother, a father, three sons and a daughter.
On the daughter's 9th birthday a very strange thing happened - nine windows were broken, nine candles were bisected and nine dead pigeons were left on the door step. Everyone thought it was just a prank.
The next day, a little boy visited. He was about the girl's age, and he brought a present. The family didn't know who he was and they were surprised when they saw that the present was - a match.
They already started to fear when another unknown boy came the next day, and brought, once again, a match.
And so, eight days in a row, every day came a boy always carrying the same present.
On the ninth day nobody came. That night, they found the girl's parents murdered - they were both stabbed with a knife nine times. Their children wouldn't stop crying. They say that the two boys disappeared and nobody have seen them since. People in the town saw the girl.carnying a box of matches and lightening every candle she passed by. They say that even now, after more than ninety years, she is still walking trough the streets of this town and lightens candles in their houses. She looks the same way as she did then - like a nine-year old girl. And when someone puts out one of the candles she lightened, she pulls a knife from her jacket and..."
"Come on!" I say "that's a children's story! Ofcourse it isn't truth!" Sofia glares at me and says: "Think what you want. Just be careful when you try to put out a candle next time..." I laugh, say goodbye and head home. She lives on the edge of the Pine forest, so i won't be walking much.
I was surprised when I walked in my house and saw that everything was in darkness. My mother explained me that the power went off a few minutes ago, and gave me two candles to lighten them. I sneered.
When I lied on my bed i tried to put out the candles. Even though I blew at least five times, the flame didn't shut down. I got annoyed and put them out with a glass. The second they put out, the power came and I jumped from fear.
"Sofia! When did you walk in? What are you doing here?!" she looked at me and with a cold voice said "I came to lighten a candle." A moment later the power went off again and the only thing I saw in the dark was the moonlight's reflection on a steel blade.
