Meanwhile Gavin continues to search for his sister Sydney.
Gavin - (running up to Mimi) Have you seen Sydney and Shawn?
Mimi - Yea, a little while ago down by the showers why?
Gavin - (running off) Thanks
He makes it over to the showers -- but he only finds Andrea. She was washing the sand off of her camp kids feet.
Gavin - Andrea, Andrea....
Andrea - Oh Gavin....just the person I was looking for. Everyone (talking to the kids) I want you to meet my good friend Gavin.
Kids - HI Gavin
Gavin - Hi kids
Andrea - Hey Gavin do you know where they keep the beach toys and stuff.
Gavin - Yea, up in the Club Manger's office. Have you seen Sydney?
Andrea - Well, she was over here....Ah.....(looking around and spotting her with Shawn over by the bike rack) Yea,she is over there (pointing)
Gavin - Great thanks
Gavin - (reaching Shawn and Sydney) Shawn -- Sydney
Shawn - Hey
Sydney - (smiling at him) Hey Gavin
Gavin - (not beating around the bush) Mom and dad joined the Beach Club...their in cabana 33.
Sydney - Oh my god daddy said he had a surprise.
Gavin - Look maybe you two should take off huh?
Sydney - What did you tell them?
Gavin - Nothing
Shawn - Hey I'll go up there with you right now if you want me too.(talking to Sydney)
Sydney - No, Shawn they might not even know you are here.
Shawn - Alright Sydney if that is the way you want it -- you are the one calling the shots.
He walks away.
Sydney - (sighing and calling after him) Shawn
Shawn - (turning around) Sydney whatever you want I am tired of playing games.
Sydney and Gavin
Gavin is walking with Sydney as she heads towards the cabana
Sydney - Do you think they saw us?
Gavin - I think you better have a dam good story ready.
Sydney - Well, what would you say?
Gavin - Syd, I wouldn't be sneaking around in the first place and if I was I wouldn't be stuipd enough to get caught.
Sydney - You know Gavin that is easy for you to say but if they were keeping you from someone you loved you would be singing a different tune.
Gavin - You want me to come for some moral support?
Sydney - No, go on you have work to do.

Sydney a deep breath and heads towards the cabana. She walks through the door and out to the balcony where you and John are.
Sydney - Mom, Dad...Hi. Gavin said you all had joined the Beach Club that is great! I can't believe that I am actually here today.
John - (turning to face her) Yes, what a concidence
Sydney - Yea, well, Kelly and Mimi wanted to cheer me up take me to the beach...you know get some sun.
You - (getting aggrivated with her lying) Sydney....stop
Sydney - (playing dumb) What?
John - I wished I could dad...but Kelly and I are workinig on a school project today.
Sydney - Dad
John - Why is it whenever I see the two of you together he has his hands all over you and to think you have been feeding us this entire misery routine. You have been lying to us and sneaking around for months haven't you?
Sydney stands there
John - (when she doesn't answer-- raising his voice) Haven't you???!!!!!!
Sydney - (looking down) Yes
John - Did I raise you to be a lair? (repeating himself when she doesn't answer again) Did I?????!!!!
Sydney - No
You- (chiming in) Sydney I think you know I have always been sympathic but this deciet this total disreguard for eveyrthing that your father and I have said is unacceptable.
John - Where's Shawn? Didn't he have the guts to come up here and face the music?
Sydney - Yes, he did I wouldn't let him.
John - We're going home (heading towards the door.)
Sydney - Can I say something...can I please say something?
John - No, you can not say something...just don't say a word! Do you understand me?
Sydney - No, I don't understand you...I don't understand any of this.
With that she runs out slamming the behind her - John chases after her.
John - Sydney -- (when she doesn't stop) Sydney you come back here this instant.
Sydney - (stoppiing and facing him) You know you are wrong dad. You have been wrong for a long time. You're wrong about me and you are wrong about Shawn. But you are right about one thing Shawn and I shouldn't be sneaking around and I shouldn't have lied to you and I am not going to lie to you anymore...I am in love with him -- he is an important part of my life. And I am going to see him whenever and where ever I want.
She turns to walk away.
John - Sydney I am warning you if you walk away from me right now things will never be the same.
Sydney stops looks then turns and storms away.
**Later that night***
You and John arrive back the house...it's quite. You go up to Sydney's room and her closet door is wide open showing all her clothes gone.
You - (turning from the closet towards John) John both of her suit cases are gone and most of her clothes.
John - Well, at least we know where she went.
You - I'm calling there.
John - (walking over and putting his hand on the reciever to hang it up) No, I am going over there.
Gavin - (running up to Mimi) Have you seen Sydney and Shawn?
