complicated beginings make complicated ends (BTR love story) part 3
ok so in the last chapter, anna DAD was found. (i put her parents... but i changed my mind. its just her dad.) they were in the waiting room at the hospital waiting to see how his surgery went. comment? thanks :)
finally, the doctor came out. i jumped up, scared of what might of happened. "ms. taylor," he said to me. i nodded, fearin the worse. "you father is stable for now. thought i was going to loose him a few times, but everything is fine. he is in ICU now, so he cant have any visitors. if you will give me your contact information, i will call you when i know more." i nodded, writing my stuff down, along with jesses. i handed the doctor the clipboard back and sat down, not knowing how to feel. "are you ok?" logan whispered. i nodded, knowing i couldnt talk. he pulled me up and guided me out of the hospital, not saying a word.
JO'S POV
i watched logan take anna somewhere. jesse looked like he was going to break down at any second. i really want to know what happened to aunt becky, but i know if anna didnt say anything, it was bad. kendall was confused still. jesse got up and started walking out the door. "dont do anything stupid," i said, walking over to him. he was like my older brother. he kissed my head and continued walking. i sighed and sat down in the nearest chair, knowing what he was probably going to do. kendall pulled me up and we walked out with carlos, heading back to the palm woods.
NORMAL POV
logan kept walking, never letting go of my hand. my tears were gone, but they could return at any time. suddenly, logan pulled me behind a into an ally. taking a key out of his pocket, he opened the door and pulled me inside. i was a little scared. why was he taking me here? after a few flights of stairs, logan puled me into a room that looked like an ambandoned office. but it wasnt empty. it had a lot of stuff. i looked around, taking it all in. logan leaned up against a wall, watching me. "why are we here?" i asked, finally coming back into reality. logan nodded towards a couch and sat down. i sat next to him, not knowing what was going on. he looked at me, like he was waiting for me to talk. "anna, what exactly happened today?" i bit my lip, taking a deep breath, containing my tears. "when i moved here five months ago, jo told kendall i moved because of family issues. im sure he told yous that. the reason i moved out here was because jesse sent me here because he couldnt deal with me and college," i said, crying a little. my voice was gaining volume as i continued. "my parents went out for their annaversiery. they never came home. i called jesse at midnight and he came over. they never called or came home. we reported them missing the next day. they were kidnapped for six months. they dont know where my mom is and my dad is in the hospital,"i said, sobbing now. i hadnt cried about any of it since i became friends with BTR. logan looked stunned. frozen in place. i hid my face, sobbing into my hands. i felt horrible for acting like this, but he asked. logan wrapped me in a hug, gently rocking me. "anna, itll be ok..." he kept repeating. i shook my head, knowing nothing was going to be the same again. they were all going to look at me like i was some poor person who doesnt know where her parents are. they are going to pity me. "things will never be the same..." i whispered, knowing it was true in my heart.
