I just wanted to ask, for anyone who has stretch marks (or maybe just scars), does anyone know if fake tanning can help to disguise or at least diminish the appearance of stretch marks?
I got loads of stretch marks through puberty and I still have them now and they are pretty noticeable so I am quite self-conscious about them. I might not seem it on here, but I am quite self-conscious in real life. Because it is coming up to spring, I am gonna have to wear less soon and reveal my stretch marks.

im sorry, i dont know. i have scars too and now at least 5 more ccasue of my surgery and i get what its like to be self concious and what really matters is if you love yuorself then it doesnt matter what people think, just live ur life the way you want to but i think you'd have to do a little of ur own research to find that out how to get rid of them. hope this helps a little bit.

You put concealer or foundation on it. It'll be better if you go to a drug store and get a special cream that helps your scars become less visible.

Never_gonna_change: I do try to love myself, but my stretch marks are pretty unsightly, especially on my thighs cause they are EVERYWHERE, so it can be hard at times, but I always try to love my personality more than my looks. I did so some reason on how to hide them, and apparently fake tan and putting make up on them can hide them.
SilentSuicide: Okay, thanks for the advice. I thought about using foundation to try and hide them before, but haven't tried it yet.

TwilightBart: I used coconut butter for about 2 weeks months ago cause I heard it helped to reduce the appearance of stretch marks, but the bottle was really small so it ran out after about 2 weeks or so. But I didn't notice any difference what so ever on my stretch marks, not even a small difference. I heard some people say it never worked for them and others said it does work, but only after about 9 months. D= Not sure if bio oil would be the same, but I'll try it out.
