"Alexa! I'm telling you he's not gunna make the first move"

I was so scared. I guess I had jumped because I was on the floor the next second.
"Jesus, Terrence. What are you doing here?" Stephanie said.
"umm I live here"
"no I mean not here in the house but in my room"
"oh I came in here to see if you 2 were hungry. But hey I thought it was pretty funny how I scared you two. How did you not know I was standing here when you were facing the door?"
"shut up. I was busy talking to my friend. How much did you hear?"
"umm Pretty much the last two parts so whatever you two were talking about it's okay because I didn't hear a single word"
"yeah sure you didn't."
"what I didn't"
"whatever"
"anyways" Stephanie interrupted us. "what are you making for dinner?"
"I don't know. What do you guys want?"
"can you make spaghetti with that garlic bread"
"sure steph. Did you want that too?"
"yeah that's fine"
"okay well I'll get started on that. Oh Alexa did you call your parents yet and tell them that your over here"
"no. Don't worry I'll get on that."
He left after I said that. As soon as he left I started freaking out.
"OMG steph. What do you think he heard?"
"umm what he just told you"
"do you really expect me to believe that. I mean come on. If I heard you two
talking and it was about me don't you think I would eavesdrop just to see what you were saying."
"I mean you have a point but hey I don't know. But this could be a good thing"
"how in the world could this be a good thing?"
"hey who knows. Now that he knows that you like him maybe he will try to make the first move"
What she saying is making sense. I mean maybe now that he knows that I like him then we can move on from this stupid friendship stage. I just hope that If my parents(most likely my dad) ever found out that we are a couple.

~terrence's POV~

I was coming upstairs to see if Alexa and Stephanie wanted anything to eat when I heard them talking about me I mean who else is downstairs but me.
"go downstairs right now and confess your love for him. Oh no wait I got it. You run downstairs jump on him and plant a kiss on him" Stephanie said. Jeez she's always a joker when ever it comes to relationships. She said the same thing to me when I needed her help too.
"would you stop making this a joke I need you right now"Alexa said.
"I know. I know. Gosh can't you have a sense of humor. Ok look I got it we set
up a date in the backyard and get him to come down and we will make him dinner and you two would have a romantic dinner under the moonlight" Seriously Stephanie like you can't take this serious for one minute.
"why is it I feel like your just joking around with me. I need your help seriously." Alexa said.
"what do you want me to say. I'm telling you he's gunna like you no matter what you do or say but I'm telling you he's not gunna make a move on you. You have to make the first move" Which is true I've always loved Alexa. But that's not True I will make the first move and now that I know this I will make the first move.
"but I don't want to. Why can't he just make the first move"
"Alexa! I'm telling you he's not gunna make the first move" seriously how is my own sister doesn't even think that I will make the first move.
"who's not gunna make the first move" I said. It was so funny right after I jumped into the conversation Alexa fell of the bed. Now don't get me wrong I was wondering if she was okay and didnt get hurt but that was hilarious. You should have seen her face.

"yeah sure you didn't." she even doubts me.

After that I left the room to start on dinner. I'm seriously gunna need some help trying to figure out how to ask Alexa out on a date and where we would go.
