the fight... omg im gonna cry!!!
Chapter 1
chapter 7
Batman pulled up outside of the Joker’s house and he stormed through the gates and through the garden. The garden was inspired by Anna and her dancing, beautiful and elegant. He could hear her scream out “Oh god!” as he opened up the front door. Batman ran up the stairs that lead to the Joker’s bedroom and threw himself against the door.
He came in at the worst moment; Anna was naked with her hands tied to the bed head with the Joker naked on top of her. The Joker saw Batman who was stunned and frozen and quickly pushed a button on the bedside table. Suddenly the room filled with the Joker’s henchmen, Batman started fighting with each of them. The Joker jumped up and tugged his clothes back on not bothering to do up his vest.
Batman threw the last henchmen down the stairs and turned to the Joker who was doing up his zipper. Batman snarled and lunged at the Joker who sidestepped out of his way and strode over to wardrobe. Batman jumped up and grabbed the Joker and threw him across the room. Joker jumped up and kicked Batman in the stomach and punched his face.
Batman went flying and the Joker ran up and jumped on top of him and pinned him to the floor and sat up strait. “Now let’s see who the big black bat is...” he pulled off the mask and laughed hysterically. Batman took this opportunity and threw the Joker off who hit his head on the bedside cabinet. “Is Bruce Wayne” finished the Joker laughing even more. Anna’s eyes were wide with fear; she didn’t know who she wanted to win.
The Joker pulled his small blade out but Batman kicked it out of his hand and then kicked the Joker’s face. Blood spurted everywhere but that didn’t phase the Joker one bit, he jumped up to punch Batman but Batman sidestepped out of the way and kicked the Joker in the back. Anna heard a snap and she shrieked.
The Joker lied on the ground with his lips and nose bleeding, completely defenceless as Batman approached. Batman grabbed the Joker by the front of his shirt and pulled him up to his snarling face. “Well Joker, Why so serious?” the Joker smirked as he was flung out of his broken bedroom window. He laughed all the way down but the laughs were cut short by a loud thump.
Batman turned to face Anna who was crying softly. His heart melted and he opened up the Joker’s closet and pulled out a soft lilac dress that was meant for Anna. He cut her free and she pulled on the dress with trembling fingers, it was her favourite colour. Another tear slid down her cheek as she looked into the mirror. Suddenly, she heard a soft song playing, the song the joker use to hum as she danced and slept.
She followed the sound across the room, out of sight of Batman who thought she had only been with the Joker for two nights and hated the Joker and was crying for what might be inside her. How wrong he was.
The music was coming from a cupboard she had never seen before. She opened the door and gasped, the Joker had said he was an artist but this was incredible! It was a hand-made music box with a beautiful ballerina with long brown hair and deep blue eyes dancing in the arms of the Joker with his green hair, pale face and ruby lips. It’s me! Thought Anna as the ballerina danced with the smiling Joker.
The ballerina was in lilac leotards and tutu and her slippers were real purple silk that pointed perfectly as Anna practices every day. The Joker was wearing his normal outfit and he held onto her waist and her left hand as he looked down at the ballerina with love. They spun around in circles in time with soft music.
Suddenly the music stopped and the figures froze smiling true smiles at each other. Anna couldn’t take it; she flew down the stairs, skipping three at a time.
She pushed on the bottom and ran across the garden full of roses. And next to the ruby red roses, lay the Joker’s cold body. Anna moaned and ran up to the man who loved her and threw herself on his body and cried.
After several minutes, Anna pulled herself up and looked at the red roses and remembered when she and the Joker had walked through the garden and he picked a ruby rose and she had said “Just like your lips”. That was the first the first time they kissed. She leaned over his limp body and whispered in his ear “I love you”. A tear slid down her pale cheek and landed on his lips mixing with his blood.
She bowed her head down and kissed his once warm ruby red lips. She leaned back and saw a little blue velvet box sticking out of his pocket. She opened the box and gasped, inside was a silver wedding band with a heart-shaped diamond ring. Anna looked on the inside of the ring and saw engraved in fancy writing was ‘Joker loves Anna’.
Another tear slid down her cheek as she put the ring in her pocket. Batman walked up to Anna and wrapped his arms around her waist and helped her up
“Bruce? You couldn’t have told me who you were? I feel so stupid! I thought I could trust you!” she covered her face with her hands and bawled her eyes out.
“I’m sorry Anna, I should have told you. I have trouble trusting people, especially women. And I didn’t want you to hate me as Bruce Wayne or Batman.” Anna looked up at him and softly said “I don’t” he smiled and grabbed her hand and they walked out of the garden hand in hand, not noticing the Joker as he began to twitch.
As the Batmobile shot off, the Joker’s eyes flew open and he took in a deep heavy breath. Hoarsely he whispers “Anna...”
