I'm aiming to lost about 20lbs or 8kg in three months or less. I'm trying to eat smaller portions but when I do I get cravings a few hours later. Help!

Each time you go to eat something you don't have to, work out. Tell yourself that you don't need that snack. Try to get family and friends to help you achieve your goal so you won't be tempted when around them. Eat good healthy meals, it is apart of eating well that keeps you healthy. Avoid fast food and be positive that you will lose that weight!
