he drove me to his house and carried me to the couch. he got a thermometer and stuck it in my mouth. i began to protest but he shushed me and rubbed my feet as i nodded off. he woke me up in 6 minutes and checked my temp. i was at 103.2, if it got any worse he was going to take me to the hospital. but then i fell asleep on the couch and he did homework. his mom walked in and started talking to him.

my mom walked in right as i finished my calculus homework. she came in and saw Sky and asked me, "why is there a sweet young lady asleep on our couch?". "she's my girlfriend. Sky. i told you about her remember. she plays soccer with me. her aunt is out of town on business and she doesnt have any other relatives around. shes really sick. her temp is 103.2. i couldnt just take her home, you raised me better than that mom." i said. she smiled and kissed my cheek and told me to carefully move Sky into my room so she could sleep. poor thing. i hate to see her sick. i love her.........................
