he needs to tell her he doesn't like her, but it's way better to do it when they're alone so she won't make a huge scene ;) but, just in case, u should be near by if she goes crazy :D

He needs to put his foot down, and make it clear he wants to be left alone, or take the situation to the girl's parents.

Or, if she's really stalking him (like to his house and places he hangs out at) and he thinks it's worth this: he can have the police give her a call and tell her to stop.

(My parents had to file a case for a situation my sister was in. The cop we talked to told us that those calla are often enough to scare people into stopping, and it doesn't go further.)

hmm, stalkers are annoying. If it gets worse he should tell somebody, but first, just make him tell her that he shows no interest. Make him scream it to the world so she takes the hint
