2011 Fantasy Baseball Amendments

Here is the first go at a survey for amendments to our fantasy baseball rules. A rule needs 5 votes to be changed. In the case that no answer gets 5 votes, we will remove the lowest scoring answer choice(s) until we are down to 2 options. At that point, the rule will either change (5 votes required) or stay the same (4 votes each option).
